**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate** Location: Mahwah, NJ Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm + possible OT Pay; $20-22/hr depending on experience **Job Description** + Receive and unload incoming materials and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment. + Sorting, counting, labeling inventory. + Maintain inventory control of all incoming materials. + Coordinate with carriers to make arrangements and issue instructions for shipping and delivery of orders. + Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies. + Deliver materials and supplies to requisitioning departments. + Assure accurate inventory counts and inventory balance information is maintained. + Support the daily production schedule. + Perform cycle count activities. + Manage hazardous waste inventory and schedule waste pick-up. + Generate all required shipping documents accurately. **Hard Skills** + Min 1+ years of shipping and receiving experience + Warehouse experience + Materials management + Experience with ERP, SAP, Fedex/UPS + Experience with data entry and cycle counts **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Mahwah, New Jersey. Occasional travel to Allendale, NJ may be required. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Environment** 7am – 3:30pm OR 8am – 4:30pm. The physical demands require occasional standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle objects, tools or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, talking or hearing.
