**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate $25**
**Job Description**
The Shipping Receiving Specialist plays a crucial role in shipping products, receiving incoming materials and supplies, and packing products for delivery to customers. This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Operations Manager.
**Responsibilities**
+ Shipping parts out, including pulling and staging shipments
+ Preparing trucks for deliveries
+ Making OSV POs and monitoring POs
+ Entering and posting of OSV to POs
+ Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the vendor packing list
+ Communicating with Scheduling and Production about any changes in PO due dates
+ Properly accounting for the receipt of all incoming goods for outside service by entering and posting receipts in M1
+ Being present for all deliveries including the receipt of all incoming goods, including outside services
+ Determining the receipt and distribution of incoming products
+ Managing Warehouse Receiving Associate with packaging by creating a shipping schedule daily
+ Making sure product is packaged and shipped to customers per written procedures
+ Scheduling outbound shipments, working closely with FedEx, UPS, LTL, etc.
+ Performing cycle counts of finished goods and component inventory
+ Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
+ Communicating with vendors if there are discrepancies in receipts or quality issues
+ Working with accounting to resolve issues with invoicing vs. receipts
+ Keeping a clean and well-maintained workspace
+ Following company procedures and directives
+ Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months - 1 year of warehouse experience (sit-down and stand-up forklift) - training provided
+ Good communication skills
+ Ability to use time effectively and efficiently
+ Ability to interpret documentation
+ Intermediate computer skills
+ Ability to work well within a team environment

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
