Join our Adecco team as an **Loader** / **Unloader** and play a key role at the ROSS Distribution Center in Buckeye, AZ! **What You’ll Do:** + **Unload shipments** from trailers by hand or by using manual pallet jacks, flex conveyors, trolleys, and other equipment. + **Loading** cartons and/or moving pallets of goods into trailers + **Sort and organize cartons** based on shipment complexity—some will be placed on conveyor lines, while others remain on pallets for further processing. + **Work as a team** to manage and sort complex loads before moving them to the next stage. + **Maintain a clean and safe workspace** while following all company safety procedures. + **Use RF scanners or complete receiving worksheets** to track inventory movement. + **Meet production standards** while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + **Handle and position fragile items** carefully to prevent damage. + **Perform additional tasks** as assigned by the supervisor. **What We’re Looking For:** ✔ **Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.** and work in a warehouse environment. ✔ **Basic math skills** for inventory tracking and shipment organization. ✔ **Ability to read and write in English** to complete paperwork and follow instructions. ✔ **Comfortable working around moving equipment** such as conveyors and sorters. ✔ **Self-motivated team player** with strong adaptability and communication skills. ✔ **Reliable and punctual** —consistent attendance is a must! ✔ May be required to pass **PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification** depending on location. **Shift/Pay** + $19.00 - $20.00/Hr + Monday – Friday 6:00AM – 2:30PM **Why Join Us?** 🔹 **Team-oriented environment** with supportive leadership. 🔹 **Opportunities for growth** and skill development. 🔹 **Fast-paced, hands-on work** that keeps you active. 🔹 **Competitive pay and benefits** **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
