They will also manage inventory levels, maintain documentation of shipping and receiving activities, and provide customer service by addressing inquiries related to shipments. **Skill Requirements** _Must-Have Requirements_ · **Shipping software** proficiency. · **Inventory management systems** experience. · Ability to use **basic office equipment** , such as computers and scanners. · Exceptional **attention to detail** . · Strong **organization** skills. **Skill Education** · **Shipping software:** Software used for managing shipping processes including generating shipping labels, tracking shipments, and managing carrier relationships. · **Inventory management systems:** Systems used to track inventory levels, orders, sales, and deliveries. · **Basic office equipment:** Standard tools used in an office environment such as computers, scanners, printers etc. · **Attention to detail:** The ability to focus on all aspects of a task with precision. · **Organization:** Skills related to arranging tasks or items systematically for efficiency.
