**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Worker** **Job Description** Pull and stage orders for delivery across MN/ND. Use dollies and lifts to load doors. Receive raw material into the warehouse. Use scanning and inventory system to track outgoing orders and incoming material. Keep Shop Management updated on statuses and changes. Match part numbers with job numbers for invoices and shipping labels. Assist with loading doors for shipping and be able to lift 80 lbs occasionally (awkward shape). Maintain solid attention to detail to match colors, part numbers, job numbers, invoices, and shipping labels. Assist with deliveries once permanent, requiring a valid driver's license and willingness to drive a box truck, starting with an F250 Pickup. **Hard Skills** + order picking + inventory control + kitting **Soft Skills** + attention to detail + communication + teamwork **Work Environment** Very clean, well-laid-out shop. No AC, but lots of doors and fans. Team of 8-10 in production. Training with the production supervisor, 8a-12p Friday one week, and 8a-4:30pm Mon-Fri the next. Limited overtime expected.
