**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** This position is responsible for properly receiving incoming freight and shipping outgoing items. **Responsibilities** + Ensure that all incoming products are inspected for accuracy and damage. + Receive all incoming products into the system within 48 hours of delivery. + Determine the best method of outgoing shipment (cost, risk of damage, need-by-date) and prepare all necessary documentation for the shipment. + Follow all receiving procedures, ensuring that parts are correctly labeled and taken to the proper stock location or appropriate job site. + Handle picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and receiving tasks. + Possess auto parts knowledge to assist with inventory, processing purchase orders, internal and customer orders, cycle counting, and returns. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures. + Auto parts knowledge. + Experience with inventory management and processing purchase orders. + Proficient in picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and receiving tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong communication, organization, math, and time management skills. + Comfortable working with techs and mechanics. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive benefits package including a 401(k) with a 6% match, and health, dental, and vision coverage with 60% paid for employees and 50% for dependents.
