**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to coordinate quantity movements using back office software, manage stock and storage of warehoused items, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will process transfer orders, receive purchase orders, and assist with inventory management, ensuring efficient operations within the department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate quantity movements utilizing the back office software.
+ Stock all items returned from the repair department to their proper location.
+ Move all items in need of repair both physically and within the system.
+ Process transfer orders and obtain, pack, and ship all items needing to be transferred to different remote warehouses.
+ Use forklift to load and unload palletized shipments from shipping and receiving.
+ Receive purchase orders, transfer orders, demo/pilot shipments, and show meters.
+ Label parts before stocking, create bin labels as necessary, and work with overstock bins as needed.
+ Pull all parts needed for production department builds and post all items within the system.
+ Monitor and assist with all requests for parts.
+ Inspect and process all return parts from production builds.
+ Manage stock and storage of all warehoused items and assist in annual inventory.
+ Maintain a good rapport with customers, outside vendors, and suppliers.
+ Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
+ Comply with all policies, practices, and procedures.
+ Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
+ Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Ability to write simple correspondence.
+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
+ Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
+ Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
+ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
+ Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
+ Prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Forklift certification required.
+ Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Clearwater, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
