Job Description

This role involves performing a combination of tasks to move materials from one location to another within a plant and warehouse. The successful candidate will operate gas or electric powered forklift trucks to move, stack, load, or unload materials. Additional responsibilities include performing cycle counts, using an RF Scanner, and possessing basic computer skills. The role also requires assisting in the metal finishing department, with the workload being approximately 60% material handling and 40% assisting in other areas. Candidates must be willing to act as a shop helper to fill in as needed during downtime to ensure a 40-hour work week. Mechanical skills or aptitude and comfort in using hand tools are necessary.

Work Environment

This position is available for 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, or 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. The role involves working in an industrial warehouse environment, requiring comfort in using hand tools and mechanical aptitude.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
