**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk** **Job Description** We are a critical parts, materials, equipment, repairs, and value-added services supplier with over 30 years of experience supporting global semiconductor manufacturing and other high-technology industries. We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and warehouse activities. **Responsibilities** + Manage shipping and receiving of materials, parts, and equipment. + Perform inventory control and ensure accurate documentation. + Handle warehouse operations including FedEx, UPS, and freight shipments. + Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data entry and tracking (experience with P21 system is a plus). + Make occasional deliveries to main client locations. + Assist in material handling and logistics coordination. + Operate forklifts (training and certification provided if needed). + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of shipping and receiving experience. + Proficiency in warehouse and inventory management. + Experience with WMS in computer systems. + Valid driver's license. + Ability to wear steel-toe shoes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience (any kind) is a plus but not required. + Experience with Microsoft Office. + Knowledge of RF scanners and pallet jacks. **Why Work Here?** Join a well-established company with over 30 years of industry experience.
