Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing cycle counts, pulling products for production lines, staging, receiving incoming materials, and performing shipping tasks using Epicor (UPS/LTL). The ideal candidate will take ownership of these processes and ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.

ResponsibilitiesPerform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.Pull products for production lines and assist with staging.Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and conditions.Prepare and ship materials using Epicor (UPS/LTL).Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.Ensure quality control throughout the warehouse processes.Essential Skills2+ years of warehouse experience, including inventory control and shipping/receiving.Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365.Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.High school diploma or GED (preferred).Physical ability to lift 40 lbs to shoulder height on an ongoing basis.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RF scanners.Strong inventory management skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working with a team of 11 others on the 1st shift in a clean, climate-controlled production shop/warehouse. The standard shift is from 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. There is also a 2nd shift from 3pm - 1:30am, Monday - Thursday. Occasionally, overtime work may be required, starting at 6am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
