Apply today for a chance to join our team and grow your career! Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the 2nd Shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling all outbound and inbound deliveries, creating bills of ladings, and using pick tickets to ascertain accurate skid counts for carriers. This role also involves assisting with online quotes for customer inquiries, alerting internal staff regarding backorders and shipping statuses, and researching customer issues related to shipping and receiving. **Shift & Pay:** 2nd Shift 2pm-12:30am Monday through Thursday. $22/$23/hr **Responsibilities:** + Schedule all outbound and inbound deliveries. + Create bills of ladings and use pick tickets to ascertain accurate skid counts for carriers. + Assist the department in answering and creating online quotes for customer inquiries regarding freight pricing. + Alert all necessary internal staff regarding backorders and shipping statuses. + Report discrepancies. + Research customer issues related to the shipping and receiving of orders. + Handle warehouse inquiries made by internal departments. + Assist the lead coordinator and department manager when requested. **Essential Skills:** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Warehouse experience. + Proficiency in customer service. + Knowledge of cycle counts and inventory control. + Ability to create bills of lading. **Work Environment:** You will be working in a clean production facility located in an Industrial Park in Swedesboro, NJ. Our large production facility handles marinades, salad dressings, and BBQ sauces. The building is temperature-controlled but can still be impacted by the weather.
