The ideal candidate will perform both clerical and physical tasks to ensure the accuracy of all orders shipped and received. This role involves coordinating and verifying records on incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and conducting inventory counts. **Responsibilities** + Perform clerical and physical tasks to ensure the accuracy of all orders shipped and received by the company. + Coordinate and verify all records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. + Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and assist in completing physical inventory counts. + Track shipments and obtain proof of deliveries. + Trace any missing or lost shipments. + Communicate any issues with customer shipments to the Production Planner and Operation Manager. + Conduct daily inspections of all equipment used for shipping and receiving materials and products to ensure employee safety and proper working condition of equipment. + Report any damaged or maintenance issues to the Operations Manager. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and warehouse operations. + Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Experience in inventory control and cycle counting. + Knowledge of logistics. + Experience using FedEx, UPS, and other common carrier software. + Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. **APPLY TODAY!!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
