**1st shift: Shipping/ Material Handler Needed!** **Job Description** This is an assistant position in the Shipping & Receiving (S&R) area, where you will collaborate with a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This will be located in Jordan MN for a metal manufacturing company. **Responsibilities** + Packaging materials and products + Palletizing goods for shipment + Driving a forklift + Loading and unloading trucks + Handling materials + Using shipping/receiving systems (ERP) **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Minimum two years’ experience in shipping and warehousing inventory and administrative transactions in an ERP system + 1 year of Forklift Driving experience and/or certification + Experience in preparing packages, labeling, and palletizing + Experience in using a scale to weigh count receipts and outgoing orders + Performing cycle counts + Experience working with systems of UPS, FedEx, and trucking companies, including creating BOL’s, Pack Lists, and Export Documents, and coordinating trucking + 1 year experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word **Why Work Here?** We are a family-owned business that values our employees as key to our success. This smaller team environment offers the opportunity to work independently. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
