As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our supply chain and distribution network. You will be accountable for coordinating the shipping and receiving processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location.
In this role, you will impact the smooth operation of our supply chain by accurately receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Join our shipping & receiving team and use your knowledge to ensure you properly receive incoming material; maintain accurate accountability of receiving, additions and deletions for materials from the record. Prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally.

The hourly range for this position is $42,000 ($20.19/HR.) - $63,000 ($30.29/HR.) Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Some experience in shipping and/or receiving

WE VALUE
+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
+ Some experience in operating SAP
+ Some experience with data entry
+ Forklift experience desired
