**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for working in the shipping and receiving department. They will be using a sit-down forklift and overhead crane to move raw and finished steel parts. Additionally, they will be loading and unloading trailers, updating the SAP system, and handling FedEx and UPS shipments. Although there is limited room for growth due to low turnover, employees will receive training on running CNC machines over time. **Work Environment** Very clean and well-lit facility, small machine shop with 12 total workers. The work schedule is 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. Medical – Blue Cross Blue Shield – We offer a PPO plan which includes $30 PCP / $50 Specialist for In Network services. Deductible for In Network services is $1,500 individual / $3,000 Family. Spouses are not eligible for Zapp medical benefits if they are able to obtain coverage through their own employer. Cost per paycheck: Employee $78.12 Employee + Spouse $171.69 Employee + Child(ren) $142.44 Family $208.24 Dental – Delta Dental – We have annual maximum up to $2,000. Oral examinations up to twice per year covered at 100%. Currently up to 4% when employee contributes 8%. Holidays – We observe 11 holidays per calendar year. We are typically closed during Christmas and New Years. Vacation - First year is 10 days of vacation pro-rated based on when you start. January 1st after your hire date employee will receive 10 days of vacation time to use during the calendar year. Vacation can not be carried over or paid out at the end of the year. If you don’t use it you will lose it. Sick – Employee will receive 4 days (32 hours) for sick time to use in the calendar year. In the first year the 32 hours will be pro-rated based on hire date.
