**Job Title: Associate in Shipping/Packaging Department** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated associates to join our Shipping/Packaging Department. This position involves various tasks, including moving products and pallets throughout the facility, staging and packaging products, and operating a manual pallet jack. Associates will also use RF scanners to scan incoming shipments, verify order sheets, palletize, stack, make boxes, and wrap products. Heavy lifting of up to 40 lbs, and sometimes more, is required. **Hard Skills** + Operating manual pallet jack + Utilizing RF scanner + Verifying order sheets + Palletizing + Stacking + Box making + Wrapping + Heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs) **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to work in a team + Time management + Problem-solving skills **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Carol Stream, Illinois. **Work Environment** Work in a temperature-controlled environment within a warehouse and office setting, alongside over 100 employees. All candidates will be working in the warehouse, which is divided into six major departments: ITAD, Lab (Config techs), S/R, Inventory, Picking, and Special Projects.
