In This Role\nLoad and unload containers and or trucks\nHandle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse\nMeet productivity requirements as needed\nComfortable working independently and in a team environment\nUphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\n1+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations\nForklift operator experience/certification a plus\nProficiency in metric reporting using Microsoft Excel, preferred\nMaintain an exceptionally clean and safe work environment\nProficient in identifying items across various documentation, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings\nSkilled in creative problem-solving techniques\nWillingness to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities\nEffectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance\nAbility to stand/lift for up to 8 hours\n
