**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** Prepares finished products for shipment and processes shipments based on customer schedules and best shipping practices. Daily duties include verifying that products are properly packaged, labeled, and identified for accurate shipment. The role involves following the daily shipping report to ensure on-time shipping, verifying packaging to prevent transit damage, and processing shipments in the computer system. You will prepare all required paperwork and records for shipments, work closely with customer service and production teams, and determine methods of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, customer requirements, routes, and rates.
