Shipping Associate
Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented and dedicated individual looking to join a dynamic team? As a Shipping Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by verifying parts, lot numbers, and quantities against pick lists, selecting appropriate packaging methods, and labeling parts according to customer requirements. You will pack customer orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately, and use customer-specific portals to upload documents and create shipping notices or bills of lading. Additionally, you will process small packages through various carriers, utilize the company ERP system for data entry and warehouse management, and communicate with sales and purchasing departments regarding order issues.
Responsibilities:
Verify parts, lot numbers, and quantities picked match the pick list.Select appropriate packaging methods and label parts per customer requirements.Pack customer orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately.Use customer-specific portals to upload documents and create shipping notices or bills of lading.Process small packages through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.Utilize the company ERP system for data entry and warehouse management.Communicate daily with sales and purchasing departments on order issues, delays, or damages.Create shipping notices and receive incoming parts, verifying quantities and lots.Perform inventory cycle counts.Follow AS9100, AS9120, ISO9001 standards, and WISHA and OSHA regulationsEssential Skills:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
