Perform loading and inspection of outgoing shipments.Maintain system integrity, verify rack locations, process cycle counts, and follow up on potential shipment shortages. Address nonconforming materials and ensure accurate tagging and traceability.Follow safety protocols, wear required safety equipment, and stop activities if safety is compromised. Perform general cleanup and cross-train in all warehouse functions to ensure full coverage.Assist in Continuous Improvement initiatives, contribute to achieving zero defects, and ensure customer satisfaction through the quality of your work. Other duties as directed. Qualifications and Requirements:  High school diploma or GED.1 year of shipping/receiving/warehousing experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MRP/ERP systems, and basic PC skills.Forklift License and Crane Operator License required.Regularly required to sit, use hands, and talk/hear. Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds; must have specific vision abilities (close and color vision).
