This position will be responsible for transporting materials, tools, equipment, and products by operating motorized and non-motorized equipment. 

Let’s talk about Responsibilities: 

Compares identifying information and counts items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records. Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Operates equipment to place palletized materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items. Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.Picking and moving raw materials to production.Marks materials with identifying information. Opens boxes, creates, and other containers and prepares parcels for shipping. Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Maintains inventory records. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.  

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent years of experience required. 0 to 1+ year of related experience and/or training operating stand-up forklift reach equipment required. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Possess a customer-centric commitment to build and maintain customer relationships.Display energetic, self-motivated and quick thinking with positive attitude. Flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed. 

Job Environment: 

Warehouse environment. Incumbent will walk and may occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 40lbs. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Must be flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Employees accrue fifteen days Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. 

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

  

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: 

$17.25 - $25.87/hour
