Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist - PO Receiver

Job Description

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist with strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.), and analytical abilities to ensure accurate inventory adjustments. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and teamwork are essential. The role involves coordinating trucks for material pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as working closely with the warehouse floor and supervisors to manage production flow.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate trucks for pick-up and drop-off of materials.Work with warehouse floor and supervisors to manage production flow.Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.Use analytical skills to determine correct inventory adjustments.Utilize RF scan guns for inventory management.Audit inventory and ensure accuracy.Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including working with FedEx and SAP systems.Essential Skills6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience or a solid work history.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong data entry and analytical skills.Attention to detail.Good communication skills.Experience with RF scan guns.Additional Skills & QualificationsInventory experience is a plus.Must be computer literate.Detail-oriented.Must wear steel-toed shoes/boots at all times.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.75
