Our client, a food company in West Caldwell, NJ, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team. In this role, you will manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a solid understanding of shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process orders, schedule shipments, and ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.Respond to customer inquiries and handle any issues that arise, providing a high level of customer service.Prepare and print shipping labels and compile reports for senior management.Compile invoices accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping processes.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay and Shift:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AMPay: $18.00 per hour
