Immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk!!!

One of our large manufacturing companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with stand-up forklifts and shipping procedures and will be responsible for a variety of tasks involving the receipt, handling, and shipment of materials and products.

ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of operations involving the receipt of materials and products.Pull materials and pack finished products.Assist with shipping logistics.Interface with carriers.Move material and products to proper locations.Maintain accurate computer records of outbound shipments.Examine goods for obvious damage and defects.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working area.Observe all company rules and regulations, including safety, use of protective equipment, and quality of work.Essential SkillsExperience with stand-up forklifts.Knowledge of shipping procedures and warehouse operations.Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.Experience with computer systems and communicating with vendors.Experience with bills of lading, material handling, and shipping.Benefits once hired On!

Hours/Schedule: 1st Shift

The position is located in a clean manufacturing environment. The work schedule is 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
