**Job Title: Shipping Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing packing and shipping schedules, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of instruments and accessories, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires adherence to ISO standards and the ability to participate in various projects as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate packing and shipping schedules with Shipping Administrators. + Pack instruments, accessories, and documentation for shipping. + Pull and pack items from Pick Tickets for shipping. + Build shipping crates to ensure proper protection for instruments. + Monitor levels of packing material and notify Supply Chain on low inventory levels. + Perform responsibilities in adherence to ISO standards. + Participate in projects as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in packing large instruments. + Ability to lift 40 pounds of packed instruments and parts using proper technique, assistance, and equipment. + Basic computer skills. + Proficiency in English to follow written and oral instructions. + Self-starter with the ability to perform multiple tasks successfully. + Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. + Proven ability to work well in a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inventory management. + Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. + Skills in packaging, data entry, and material handling. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, dedicated team in a medical laboratory supplier environment where you can make a tangible impact.
