**Job Title: Shipping, Picking, Packing, and Labeling Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping, Picking, Packing, and Labeling Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient processing and distribution of military parts and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Accurately select military parts and components based on order specifications.
+ Utilize inventory management systems to ensure correct items are chosen.
+ Ensure all items are securely packed for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
+ Follow specific packing guidelines and procedures.
+ Create and apply accurate shipping labels according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure all documentation is complete and correct.
+ Conduct final inspections of picked and packed items to verify accuracy and quality before shipment.
+ Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, report discrepancies, and help with stock replenishment.
+ Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in shipping operations.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling military parts and equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in a military or aerospace environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
+ Familiarity with military parts and components is highly desirable.
+ Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

**Work Environment**
This position is based in a clean and well-laid-out manufacturing shop environment. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves handling military parts and equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols, and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced setting.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
