You'll package products, create labels for FedEx and freight shipping, and input information into our systems. Plus, you’ll get hands-on experience operating a reach truck forklift, assisting with kitting, and engaging in various warehouse duties. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and ship outgoing products with precision. + Ensure all shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. + Package small parts for ATVs and four-wheelers, ensuring quality control. + Lift up to 40 lbs safely and efficiently. + Create labels for FedEx and freight shipping, streamlining our processes. + Accurately input information into our systems. + Operate a reach truck forklift, enhancing your skills. + Assist with kitting, unloading containers, and picking duties. + Work with our warehouse management system to perform bin transfers. + Use a push cart and RF scanner to efficiently pick and scan products. + Pack and label products for timely shipments. + Once trained, assist with receiving incoming products. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in freight shipping/receiving. + Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping protocols. + Strong inventory control and cycle counting experience. + Knowledge of SAP software. + Proficiency in order picking and pallet jack operation. + Experience operating a reach truck forklift. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Computer skills, ideally with FedEx Ship Easy software. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inbound and outbound shipping processes. + Knowledge of inventory management and order processing. + Flexibility to work in various areas, including kitting and unloading. **Why Work Here?** + Enjoy a laid-back, collaborative atmosphere in our small warehouse environment. + Take advantage of opportunities for career advancement into higher-level roles. + Benefit from paid time off, annual raises, and a culture that values and supports you. **Work Environment** You’ll work in an organized, temperature-controlled warehouse, with hours from **8 AM to 4:30 PM** or **9 AM to 5:30 PM** . **Job Type & Location** **This is a** **Contract to Hire** **position based out of** **Plymouth, Minnesota** **.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
