**Job Title: Shipping Clerk** **Job Description** Our client is seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk for their Nanticoke location. The position is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, with training on the 1st shift. This role involves managing driver interactions, processing paperwork, and maintaining clear communication with co-workers, customers, and truck drivers. **Responsibilities** + Check in and out drivers. + Keep records of driver interactions on the daily dock schedule. + Respond to emails promptly. + Handle driver questions and inquiries. + Answer incoming phone calls. + Process transactions and workflows through the WMS system. + Organize and process daily paperwork in a timely manner. + Communicate clearly and appropriately with co-workers, customers, and truck drivers. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse and administrative experience. + Strong communication skills. + Attention to detail. + Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player. + Ability to prioritize tasks. + Customer service skills. + Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with TMW. + Logistics or warehouse experience. + Experience with RF gun and WMS. + SAP experience. + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude. + Ability to work through high-stress periods during peak hours. **Why Work Here?** Our client is expanding and opening a second facility, offering significant room for growth and advancement. **Work Environment** The work environment is within a warehouse and distribution setting.
