**Job Title: Shipping Clerk ($20-23/hr.)** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis for 18 weeks. The working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This role involves managing shipping processes and ensuring accuracy in shipment documentation and tracking. You will be working closely with the logistics and export teams, utilizing various shipping software and tools. **Responsibilities** + Process paperwork for shipping. + Utilize UPS, DHL, FedEx, and shipping software. + Receive incoming packages. + Ensure all shipment paperwork is correct and orderly. + Track shipments. + Utilize SAP, Microsoft Office, and Excel. + Work closely with logistics and export teams. + Prepare invoices and document shipments both manually and electronically. + Perform quality checks on shipments to ensure accuracy. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of shipping experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software. + Detail-oriented with the ability to work with a large variety of parts. + Experience with SAP/ERP systems. + Experience with DHL, UPS, and FedEx. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in data entry and order pulling. + Knowledge of logistics. **Why Work Here?** Our Client is known for treating employees exceptionally well, with many having a tenure of over 10 years.
