**Job Title: Freight Shipping Clerk** **Job Description** The Freight Shipping Clerk will be responsible for coordinating all outgoing shipments, ensuring all information is accurate, and packaging products primarily consisting of small parts for ATVs and four-wheelers. This role involves creating labels for FedEx shipments and freight, inputting all necessary information into the system, and operating a reach truck forklift. The clerk must be flexible and willing to assist in other areas such as kitting and unloading containers. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy of all information. + Package products, mainly small parts for ATVs and four-wheelers. + Lift up to 40 lbs. + Create labels for FedEx shipments and freight. + Input all shipment information into the system accurately. + Operate a reach truck forklift. + Assist with picking duties. + Perform bin transfers using the warehouse management system. + Use a push cart to pick products in the warehouse. + Scan products into the laptop using an RF Scanner. + Pack and label products for shipment. + Assist with receiving products once trained. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of freight shipping/receiving experience. + Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping. + Inventory control and cycle counts. + SAP knowledge. + Order picking and pallet jack operation. + Reach truck forklift experience. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Computer experience, ideally with FedEx Ship Easy software. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Detail-oriented and accurate data entry skills. + Strong organizational skills. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a laid-back, small warehouse environment with opportunities for career advancement into higher-level warehouse roles.
