This role is responsible for effective daily operation of the Sample Department, meeting all requirements for processing sample and literature outbound shipments, as well as sample sheets and rolls production. This is a day shift position, 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, $19-$21 per hour. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: + Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and promptly. Verify order details, prepare shipping documents, and maintain shipment records. + Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments. Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies. + Sample Production: Assemble, package, and track product samples for sales/marketing. Manage sample inventory. + Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment. + General: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety procedures. Operate warehouse equipment. Assist with other tasks as needed. Qualifications Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills with keen attention to detail. + Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. + Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high level of reliability. + Proficiency in using technology; experience with Google Workspace, Oracle, and/or UPS WorldShip is a plus. + Adaptable to changing responsibilities and processes. + Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.
