Shipping Clerk Office Clerical
**Job Summary:** The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for managing and executing shipping and receiving operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle ERP systems and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing lists, shipping labels, and bills of lading. + Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products. + Utilize Oracle ERP system to manage and track inventory levels, shipments, and returns. + Verify shipping and receiving transactions against purchase orders and sales orders. + Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of shipping activities. + Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, including damages or shortages. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding shipping and receiving. + Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any shipping-related issues. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar role, with a focus on using Oracle ERP systems. + Proficiency in Oracle ERP software and other relevant shipping and inventory management systems. + Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures and best practices. + Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipping documents and data entry. + Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and other departments. + Ability to lift and move heavy packages and operate shipping equipment as needed. **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
