FreshRealm is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk whoseresponsibilities include ensuring a safe and efficient environment at all times while driving an error-free customer order processing process, which includes staging, fulfillment, order allocation, loading, and label & documentation accuracy.while following FreshRealm Policies and Procedures which include Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety, Quality, and Food Safety Systems. **Key Responsibilities** + Responsible for scheduling all delivery appointments for freight being delivered to the building; inbound calls onlyEnsuring load accuracy at check out by physically countingMaintaining/filing required recordsEntering information into an excel spreadsheetChecking drivers in and out of the facilityContacting Purchasing for any discrepancies with quantities of freight being deliveredAny other duties assigned **Qualifications** **Skills and Requirements** + Ability to work well with customersStrong math skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionFlexible availability.
