Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator.
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr per hour.

What you’ll do:A Shipping Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing an organization's shipping operations. Here are some key duties and responsibilities typically associated with this role:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations: Ensuring smooth and efficient transport of goods from the warehouse to the customer.
• Coordinate all LTL shipments leaving Dallas DC: which includes communication on all swaps with carriers.
• Utilizing logistics software: Optimizing shipping and transport procedures.
• Communicating with stakeholders: working with all outbound supervisors coordinating their swaps with the carriers.
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation: Ensure BOL’s are properly signed, scanned to their proper folder and hard copies are filed.
• Overseeing packing and loading: Ensuring products are properly secured for transport prior to being loaded.
• Tracking shipments: Monitoring shipments and resolving any delays or issues that may arise.
• Ensuring compliance: Adhering to safety and legal guidelines, standards, and regulations in all shipping and transportation processes.
• Developing strategies: Improving efficiency and reducing shipping costs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 Months experience with Forklift/ Cherry picker /Reach Truck
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
• One year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment
• Must be able to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on customer demand
• ERP Experience (SAP)
