Shipping Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting the logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Shipping Coordinator
**Location:** Pembroke Park, FL
**Pay Range:** $18 to $20hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate and oversee shipping activities within the plant/warehouse.
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries.
+ Maintain records of all shipping transactions and inventory levels.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
+ Assist in training new staff on shipping procedures and safety protocols.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in shipping or logistics is preferred but not required.
+ Able to lift up to 40 - 50 pounds as needed.
+ Strong computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
+ Professional demeanor and punctuality are essential.
+ Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
