Your Mission

Own the Process: Prepare, finalize, and organize shipping documentation for vital aerospace components.

Data Accuracy is Key: Manage and update information in systems like DEBs and WAWF with precision.

Keep Teams in Sync: Provide daily and weekly status updates via visual management boards and online reports.

Drive Excellence: Ensure every shipment is compliant, timely, and ready for takeoff.

Solve Problems in Real Time: Identify and escalate challenges to keep operations moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Your Credentials:

Education: Associate Degree .

Experience: 5+ years in clerical or data entry roles, with familiarity in shipping or logistics preferred.

Bonus Points: Experience with the US Government WAWF system or government contracting is a big plus.

Your Skills:

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Organizational wizard with an eye for detail and follow-through.

A clear communicator, capable of escalating issues effectively and professionally.

Quick learner, ready to master aerospace shipping processes, DEBs, and WAWF systems.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
