ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.Produce products that meet or exceed the customers’ (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale.Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control. Must be familiar with ECS and shop floor systems Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). SAP experience a plus. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent conflict resolution skills Good organizational skills Ability to work 50+ hours Good attendance and safety records Bi-lingual helpful, but not required. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; College Degree preferred Experience: 5 years proven experience in the Beef industry preferred.
