What You'll Do Direct and coordinator activities to include: Safety, quality, production, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, and training Daily communication with production operator to identify opportunities, issues, and concerns Drive continuous improvement; employee productivity, uptime improvements, lead time reductions Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture Communicate with management staff and maintain familiarity with customers expectations Responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counts and control of all materials Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations; on-time performance, customer satisfaction/service, cost controls Hold employees accountable for results and effectively convey to associates what is expected of them Maintain and turn in all daily and monthly reports required by management Develop and deliver performance reviews and corrective action documentation Conduct trend analysis; compile and analyze symptoms and failures What You'll Need Minimum 5 years successful operational leadership experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business Must have critical thinking and analytical skills Ability to supervise employees and set clear expectations Must have a strong leadership ability to focus, prioritize, and match skills to tasks Must have the ability to teach, train, and coach Must have excellent time management skills Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
