**Urgently Hiring Shipping Lead** **~Pay 23-25/HR~** **Job Description** Seeking an experienced Shipping Lead to oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, including both box and flatbed, handling palletized and bundled steel materials. The successful candidate will not only prepare materials for shipment but also supervise and direct their helper. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, thus experience in safely operating a forklift during inclement weather is essential. Responsibilities also include meticulous counting and ensuring parts accuracy, preparing shipping documents like bills of lading and packing lists, and processing receiving documents.
