Title: Shipping Lead Type of Placement: Temp to PermShift: 1st Shift – 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday – FridayPay/Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00hrly About Our Customer:Well established company delivers energy-efficient, eco-friendly insulation solutions to residences and businesses throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing all daily shipping operations using software to track and prioritize orders as well as directing and collaborating with various departments to optimize processes.  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent required    (Minimum of 3 months of warehouse experience) SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish) and comfortable leading others.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment is requiredForklift experience is a MUST.Good fit is a Tech savvy individual with strong attention to detail.Must have computer skills. Flexibility to work extra hours during busy peak season. Environmental Conditions:The work environment is fast paced and fast moving.
