**Job Title: Shipping Lead** **Job Description** This position is a Shipping Lead. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that shipments are sent out on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be handling anywhere from 30-45 orders a day, distributing tires, rims, and wheels for consumers in the lifted truck market. **Responsibilities** + Ensure that all orders received by 4 PM are shipped out the same day. + Handle the logistics and prioritization of shipments, including troubleshooting issues such as late or early arrivals of trucks. + Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving operations. + Maintain inventory control and oversee packing and picking processes. **Essential Skills** + Experience with shipping and receiving operations. + Strong inventory control skills. + Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and FedEx. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a small warehouse environment where you can make a significant impact.
