Location: Plant City, FL
Shifts: 4:30am-5:30pm and/or 4:30pm-5:30am 4 days on/4 days off
Pay Rate: $26.27/hr.
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Direct Reports: Forklift Operators, Barcoders, Data Clerks, Warehouse Associates and Inventory Clerks
Role: Provide a safe and teamwork environment. Responsible of organize, train, and supervise a shift in the warehouse department. Will also be responsible for all safety activities including mandatory audits and observations. Ensure smooth and timely warehouse activities and good communication. This role interfaces with other departments including Customer Service.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
Must be able to drive all pieces of equipment in the department, i.e. SC, FC RM, RC, C5 and Scissor lift
Team and group leadership skills
Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
Must have NAV software experience
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills on the production floor with interaction between all shift employees.Must be visible and accessible to shift employees.
Must perform safety observations.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is a must
Prior inventory experience is a plus
Prior supervisory experience is a must
