**Description** Shipping Manager (3rd Processing) GENERAL SUMMARY: This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines. + Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards. + Produce products that meet or exceed the customers’ (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service. + Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale. + Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: + Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control. + Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. + Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). + SAP experience a plus. + Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; College Degree preferred EOE/Vet/Disabled
