Shipping Manager

\n\t\t\t\t\t

The shipping manager is responsible for overseeing 3-4 people. They will be assigning picks for the production team. Once the orders are picked and packed they will be put on a pallet. The shipping manager will drive a hi-lo and take the pallet to the assigned bay. They will coordinate with logistics to match up paperwork with all the packed boxes. They will ensure the orders are properly packed before shipment. They will also be in charge of maintaining inventory and informing the purchasing department when items are needed.\n\n70% of the time:\n-Hi-Lo driving\n\n1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm

MUST HAVE: \n\n1. 1 year of Hi-Lo experience \na. This candidate will be using a Hi-Lo every day, 70% of the time\n\n2. This candidate must have prior warehouse experience (preferably non automotive)\na. This candidate will be working in a warehouse every day\n\n3. This candidate must live within 20 miles of the facility \na. The company would like local candidate with reliable transportation

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
