Responsibilities

Position Summary

Performs support tasks for the manufacturing plant.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Entering data into SAP database about quantities of issued and transferred partsResolving job/segments shortage discrepanciesReceiving manufactured parts into stock and issue out to upcoming jobsAssisting in daily tasks to assure productivity efficiencyIdentifying parts through the use of UKG and drawingsUpdate daily Sr. Management on status of shortages on the segmentsInvestigate missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales ordersMonitor and keep an updated shortage list available for the Shipping Management teamWork with every department to resolve shortages to close job/segments in timeInform shipping of any findings to help segments ship on timeEmployees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures. Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredUKG/SAP/Wynsoft experience preferredStrong computer skills including MS OfficeAccurate data entry skillsTechnical orientationExcellent organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service orientationTeam orientationSelf-motivated and detail-orientedAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and multi-task on a daily basisAbility to work Saturdays as needed
