**Job Title: Shipping Material Handler** **Job Description** Facilitate the efficient and accurate shipping of finished product. The Shipping Material Handler is an integral part of the production team and is required to have comprehensive knowledge about the material and understand the manufacturing workflow. Employee will be hands-on in the preparation, packaging, and load-out of completed products. **Responsibilities** + Facilitate the efficient and accurate shipping of finished product. + Prepare, package, and load out completed products. + Operate a forklift for material handling. + Manage inventory, picking, packing, loading, and packaging tasks. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience operating a forklift + Comprehensive knowledge of material handling and manufacturing workflow + Ability to lift, push, and pull 70 pounds throughout the workday + Full range of mobility in the upper and lower body, able to reach overhead **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous construction, warehouse, or manufacturing experience + Previous shipping and/or receiving experience is a plus + Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment + Strong organization skills and the ability to track, retain, and integrate information + Ability to confidently interface with all levels of company organization + Ability to meet critical deadlines and schedules + Fluent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe **Why Work Here?** Work for a company that is expanding.
