Job Title: Shipping Material Handler
Job Description

Facilitate the efficient and accurate shipping of finished products. The Shipping Material Handler is an integral part of the production team and is required to have comprehensive knowledge about the material and understand the manufacturing workflow. The employee will be hands-on in the preparation, packaging, and load-out of completed products.

ResponsibilitiesOperate a forklift to transport materials and productsHandle materials, including picking, packing, loading, and packagingEnsure accurate and efficient shipping of finished productsPrepare and package completed products for shippingLoad out completed products for deliveryMaintain inventory and ensure proper tracking of materialsEssential Skills2+ years of experience operating a forkliftPrevious construction, warehouse, or manufacturing experienceAbility to lift, push, and pull 70 pounds throughout the workdayFull range of mobility in upper and lower body, able to reach overheadPrevious shipping and/or receiving experience is a plusAdditional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to track, retain, and integrate informationAbility to confidently interface with all levels of company organizationAbility to meet critical deadlines and schedulesFluent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and AdobeWhy Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
