Job Title: Shipping Processor
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Processor to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping, material handling, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing warehousing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Our client has implemented a new ERP system to keep inventory organized, and they are experiencing significant growth year after year. The facility is climate-controlled, offering a comfortable working environment. They provide in-house forklift certifications and have a newly renovated breakroom, contributing to a clean and organized workspace. The culture is team-oriented and values tight-knit, family-like relationships among employees.

Work Environment

Candidates will work on the warehouse/distribution floor with around 50-60 other employees. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, candidates must be comfortable working at heights of up to 60+ feet. The dress code includes jeans, a polo or long-sleeve shirt, and steel toe boots. The facility operates as a union shop. The shift is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with some overtime available on Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wappingers Falls, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
