**Shipping Associate** **Job Summary:** Receive and sort shipments, package orders, and prepare them for delivery. This role requires standing for an 8-hour shift and the ability to lift 40+ pounds. Full training is provided. **Pay Rate:** $18 per hour **Responsibilities:** + Receive and sort daily shipments, ensuring items are delivered to the appropriate department. + Package orders accurately, verifying all items match the order form. + Review and confirm customer requirements before shipping orders. + Identify and resolve any discrepancies before finalizing shipments. + Maintain high attention to detail to account for product variations and specific shipping instructions. + Use ShipWorks to weigh, scan, and apply correct mailing labels to all orders. + Organize shipments for pickup by UPS, USPS, and FedEx. + Standard shift is 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility to remain until all carrier pickups are completed. **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
