**Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist (Day Shift 18-25$HRLY starting wage)** ** Must have inventory management software experience and be good with computer systems **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipping/Receiving Specialist to handle all incoming and outgoing spare parts and freight. This role involves coordinating and executing shipping and receiving processes, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation of shipments. **Responsibilities** + Manage incoming and outgoing shipments. + Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving processes. + Verify and document contents of incoming shipments. + Securely package items for outgoing shipments. + Manage inventory and conduct regular audits. + Track orders and inventory. + Safely load and unload delivery vehicles. + Efficiently pick and pack orders. + Perform general labor tasks including sorting and production. + Conduct cycle counts and tool inspections. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience with computer systems, specifically for inventory management. + Proficient in basic math for inventory tracking. + Understanding of industrial machinery components. + Experience with forklift operation. + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Data entry skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Ability to perform packaging tasks. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability and growth potential. **Work Environment** The work environment is a heavy industrial setting with open shop doors, and no heating or air conditioning.
